Justin McIntyre

Mortgage Agent - Level 2

After completing hi studies at Sheridan College, Justin embarked on a successful career in corporate accounting where he spent over seven years. While working, he was pursuing his professional designation. However, as he approached my 30th birthday, he realized that this wasn't the path he wanted to continue and decided to build his own business.

Since 2016, he has dedicated himself to building his business while fostering meaningful relationships with his brokerage that emphasizes continuing education and support. In 2022 we ranked #4 nationally in total volume with over $900M funded.

In his personal life, he married his high school sweetheart who has pushed and supported him in all he has done. They have 2 young children, Cassia and Julian and a dog Chance.

Outside of work and family life, Justin has a passion for music, travel, sports, and classic cars, and is currently putting the finishing touches on an eight-year restoratioon of a 1966 Mustang.

Recently, Justin became a board member of the Angus Chamber of Commerce, where he is committed to using his skills and experience to help the community thrive.

Justin's Approach

As a mentor to newer agents in the office and winner of Mentor of The Year 2022, Justin is used to explaining everything related to your mortgage application.

Justin loves to share his knowledge with colleagues, clients, referral partners, and pretty much anyone that will listen.

His educational approach ensures that his clients are 100% confident in what they are signing up for when obtaining a mortgage through him.

No question is too small or remains unanswered. If he does not have the answer right away he will be sure to find it.

Buying a home is the largest financial decision individuals will make in their life, it's not something that should be entered into without 100% certainty it is the right decision for those individuals.
