What to Expect

As your mortgage professional I will put your needs before anything else. I will analyze your situation on a case to case basis, meaning every client gets personalized treatment. This will ensure I get the best terms for YOU.

You can expect constant communication throughout the entire process, keeping you up to date on where we stand in the completion of your file. After the mortgage is funded the communication will not end there. There are regular newsletters that are sent out that will inform you of the mortgage trends. This will help keep you up to date for when it comes time to renew or refinance your mortgage.

My goal is to provide as much knowledge and experience to you so you can make the most informed decision possible, a decision that you are completely comfortable and confident with.

Meet Justin


Justin McIntyre

Mortgage Agent

Justin started off his career in the corporate world where he spent a little over 6 years in various accounting roles. He started out as a clerk and quickly moved up to assistant to the controller.  During this time he furthered his education and decided that he wanted more than the 9-5 could offer. With the push of a family friend, Justin enrolled in the Mortgage Agent course.

Since obtaining his license, Justin was fortunate enough to join a very supportive brokerage. During his time in the industry he has formed solid relationships with lenders and underwriters, as well as other industry professionals. His brokerage is a believer in education and is always putting on events so Justin is always up to date with current lending options for clients.

Justin understands that obtaining a mortgage can be a scary process. This is why he has taken the approach of educating clients to ensure they understand exactly what they are signing up for. He is more than happy, and even looks forward to sharing his wealth of knowledge of mortgages with anyone who asks.

While Justin focuses his business mainly on residential mortgages he is also able to process commercial loans if that is what is needed. He has a soft spot for First Time Home Buyers since he loves to explain and educate.

You can be assured Justin will venture down all avenues to ensure his clients are getting the best deal for their situation.

When Justin is not working on files for clients, or learning about lenders programs or market trends, he spends his time with his wife and baby girl who are his driving force to always do his best and succeed.
